Crappy blocking photos but it’s done!!!!! My first Herbert Niebling lace that I’m going to turn into a cover for a parasol. Each point has three sparkly green beads.
A more recent shot of the Herbert Niebling lace I’m knitting to cover a parasol. I’m about halfway through. This is by far the most difficult thing I’ve ever knitted. It’s hard to tell since it’s still on needles and unblocked but there’s stems, leaves and acorns knitted in it. It’s going to look gorgeous when finished! I just ordered the parasol frame to stretch this on when it’s done. Yay!
