Steak Marinade
Tonight’s dinner is a 1-2 pounds steak marinated all day in:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dry sherry
1-3 cloves of minced garlic
1 sliced scallion
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Grill, serve with rice and veggies.
It’s also a really great marinade for chicken. Serve that with pineapple.
